On iPhone you need iOS 26 or newer; on Android, Android 11 or newer. Between them that covers the large majority of phones in use. pouchie is a phone app: there's no iPad or desktop version.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The first 14 days are full access and ask for no card. After that you pick between the Family and Extended plans, billed by the store you downloaded from.
Do grandparents need an account?
No. You add their phone number to a circle. They download the app, sign in with the 6-digit code we text them, and your photos are already there. No email, no password, no forms.
