About these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and JR Moreno Ltda ME ("pouchie", "we", "us"), the operator of this website. They govern this website only — pouchie.app and its subpages. The pouchie mobile app, your account, and anything you store in it are governed by the app's own terms and privacy policy, provided separately in the app.
The beta waitlist
You can leave your name and email to join the beta waitlist. Doing so does not create an account, does not guarantee access to the beta, and does not lock in any particular price. We'll use your details only to contact you about pouchie, as described in our privacy notice.
Using the site
Please don't:
- submit someone else's personal data without their consent;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its forms;
- use the site for anything unlawful or to infringe someone's rights.
Our content
The pouchie name, logo, text, and design on this site belong to JR Moreno Ltda ME and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may share links to our pages freely, but please don't copy or reuse our content or branding without permission. Photographs may be licensed from third parties and credited where they appear.
No warranties
This site is provided "as is" and "as available", for information. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and details about the product, plans, and pricing are preliminary and may change before launch.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, pouchie is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of this marketing site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law, including Brazil's Código de Defesa do Consumidor.

Some pages link to third-party sites (for example, sources we cite or app stores). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law & contact
